BENGALURU: Liquor apex body The Confederation of Indian Alcoholic Beverage Companies (CIABC) has urged the Bihar government to withdraw prohibition in the state claiming that it has increased smuggling and sale of illicit liquor and caused financial losses to the state exchequer.
