The price band for the Offer has been decided at Rs. 574 - Rs. 575 per Equity Share. IPO to open on March 3, company secures Rs 100 cr from anchor investors
MTAR Technologies has set a price band of Rs. 574–Rs. 575 per equity share for its initial public offering of equity shares.
The IPO of the Hyderabad-based precision engineering solutions company, engaged in the manufacture and development of mission critical precision components and critical assemblies catering to clean energy, nuclear and space and defence sectors, will open on March 3.
The company and the selling shareholders may, in consultation with the book-running lead managers, undertake a Pre-IPO Placement of 1,851,851 equity shares, aggregating to Rs. 100 crore, with the Axis and SBI mutual funds.

Murugappa Group s Tube Investments India (TII) has said that it partnered with a Korean firm to design electric three wheeler. The Rs 38,000 crore Murugappa Group intends to enter complete automobile manufacturing through its group company TII, which is planning to make and sell electric three-wheelers. During an analyst call, Vellayan Subbiah, managing director, TII said that the company will start manufacturing and selling electric three wheelers by December to January time-frame. The technology for the EV three-wheeler, for which a prototype has already been developed, would be a combination of in-house as well as design support from a Korean company, he said without disclosing the company s name.
