The valedictory session on the third and final day today will be chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. National Security Advisor Ajit Doval is also participating in the valedictory session. Chief of Defence Staff General Bipin Rawat, Army Chief General M M Naravane, Air Chief Marshal R K S Bhadauria, and Navy Chief Admiral Karambir Singh are also attending the conference.
