Pakistan condemns desecration of mosque in IIOJK

Pakistan has strongly condemned indiscriminate firing of heavy weapons and grenades on a Mosque in Shopian, Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
In a press release Foreign Office spokesperson Zahid Hafeez Chaudhri said the desecration and damage caused to the Mosque during so-called cordon-and-search operation , and repeated incidence of extra-judicial killings in various places in IIOJK, are manifestations of the unabated state-terrorism to which Kashmiris are subjected in the occupied territory.
He said this inhuman conduct of Indian forces is reflective of their moral bankruptcy as well as the prevalent culture of impunity in IIOJK.
Pakistan committed towards regional peace and stability: CJCSC

Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee General Nadeem Raza says Pakistan is committed to peace and has contributed towards regional peace and stability.
Addressing the passing out parade of cadets of 143rd Long Course at Pakistan Military Academy in Kakul on Saturday, he asked the world to recognize Pakistan s consistent peace overtures and take notice of the human rights violations in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
He said today, the entire nation stands united against terrorism and extremism.
Congratulating the passing out cadets for successful completion of training and commission into Pakistan Army, the CJCSC advised passing out cadets to keep themselves abreast with latest challenges.

ISLAMABAD: The family members of Pakistani Hindus killed in India last year have demanded the Indian government to share their investigation report immediately with Pakistan.
The grieved family members held a demonstration outside the Indian High Commission here and condemned the killing of 11 Pakistani Hindus in Jodhpur city of India. Addressing the protesters, Secretary General of All Pakistan Hindu Panchayat Council Aum Prakash Narain said even Hindus are unsafe in Narendra Modi’s India.
He said India is constantly causing bloodshed in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir by killing innocent civilians. He said India claims to be a democratic country but the factual position is totally opposite. The Hindu community leader also urged the United Nations and other international organizations to hold a probe into the incident. Kamran Ali, focal person of Interfaith Harmony, said the minority communities in Pakistan feel completely free.

Islamabad, April 9 : Top commanders of the Pakistan Army held a Corps Commander Conference (CCC) to review the overall security situation with a detailed review of the situation at the Line of Control (LoC) after the recent agreement of a ceasefire between New Delhi and Islamabad. The CCC chaired COAS (Chief of Army Staff) held at GHQ (General Headquarter). The participants undertook a comprehensive review of global, regional and domestic security environment, the military s media wing, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a tweet.
