Islamabad, Pakistan: Second Round of Pakistan-Azerbaijan Bilateral Political Consultations (BPC), reports DND News Agency from Islamabad.
The Second Round of Pakistan-Azerbaijan Bilateral Political Consultations (BPC) was held in a virtual mode today. The Pakistan side was led by Foreign Secretary Sohail Mahmood; Deputy Foreign Minister Ramiz Hasanov headed the Azerbaijan delegation.
The two sides reviewed the full spectrum of bilateral relations, including cooperation in the political, trade and economic, energy, defence, education and culture arenas. Guided by the vision and direction of the respective leaders, Prime Minister Imran Khan and President Ilham Aliyev, there is strong mutual desire to further expand the economic and trade ties, deepen cultural cooperation, and strengthen connectivity between the two brotherly countries.

Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) agreed to develop an institutional mechanism to strengthen bilateral relations and promote cooperation in various fields and regional issues.
The agreement came during a meeting between Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi and his UAE counterpart Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan in Abu Dhabi. Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates have deep, historic and fraternal ties and the UAE has always supported Pakistan in the hour of trial, Qureshi told his UAE counterpart.

ADU DHABI: The Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi met his UAE Counterpart His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan in Abu Dhabi on December 17, 2020.
During the meeting held in a cordial atmosphere, the two foreign ministers reviewed all aspects of Pakistan-UAE bilateral relations and exchanged views on regional and global issues.
Both foreign ministers agreed to enhance the existing strong bilateral ties, in particular in the areas of economy, trade, and investment.
Qureshi underscored the significance accorded by Pakistan to its fraternal relations with the UAE – a brotherly Country and an important regional partner.
