Pakistan calls upon world to hold India accountable for HR violations in IIOJ&K

Pakistan has called upon the international community to hold India accountable for serious crimes against the Kashmiri people and human rights violations in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJ&K).
In a statement on Thursday, on the eve of International Human Rights Day, Foreign Office Spokesperson Zahid Hafeez Chaudhri said this day is an occasion to reaffirm our resolve to respect and uphold human dignity and to promote the human rights agenda without any distinction or discrimination.
He said India must be called upon to accept a UN Commission of Inquiry for an independent and impartial investigation of the situation in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir and fully respect the human rights and fundamental freedoms of the Kashmiri people.
Shehryar Afridi urges more proactive role of parliamentarians in raising voice for Kashmir Resolution
Islamabad, December 09, 2020 (PPI-OT): Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Kashmir Shehryar Khan Afridi Wednesday urged for a more proactive role of the parliamentarians of the world in raising voices for Kashmir cause and to make India accountable for its crimes against humanity in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK). Addressing the participants at Parliamentary Kashmir Conference held here at Institute of Regional Studies, Shehryar Afridi said that the implementation of UNSC Resolutions on Kashmir is a collective responsibility of all the member states of the United Nations Security Council.

ISLAMABAD: In Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), Indian troops in their fresh act of state terrorism martyred two Kashmiri youth in Pulwama district on early Wednesday.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the youth were killed by the Indian troops during a cordon and search operation (CASO) in Tiken area of the district. One person was also injured during the CASO. Meanwhile, an elderly man was deliberately hit by a vehicle of the Indian Army in Malpora area of Kulgam district.
