Ready to meet all challenges, says Pak naval chief July 15, 2021 ISLAMABAD: Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi on Wednesday expressed confidence over high state of operational preparedness of Pakistan Navy to meet all challenges. Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi chaired the Command and Staff Conference of Pakistan Navy, concluded at Naval Headquarters here at Naval Headquarters. Matters related to geo-strategic milieu, national security, operational preparedness, training and welfare of troops were reviewed. Briefings on various ongoing and future developmental projects of Pakistan Navy were also given to Chief of the Naval Staff. The forum reviewed the evolving maritime security situation after US withdrawal from Afghanistan and reaffirmed solidarity with the people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu & Kashmir (IIOJ&K) for the rightful struggle of self-determination.

3 Kashmiris martyred in IIOJ&K July 15, 2021 PULWAMA: Three young Kashmiris were martyred in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir s Pulwama district Wednesday after Indian occupying forces opened fire on them under the guise of a siege and search operation, Geo News reported. According to Kashmir Media Service, the occupying Indian administration has also suspended internet service in Pulwama as well as in other districts on IIOJ&K.

Pakistan seeks inclusive political settlement in Afghanistan, Senate panel told July 15, 2021 ISLAMABAD: National Security Adviser (NSA) Dr Moeed Yusuf has said that Pakistan’s perspective is very clear in promoting an inclusive political settlement with a view to ensure that Afghan territory is not used against Pakistan. He said Pakistan will also ensure its territory is not used against any country. “The international community is also being informed about Pakistan’s concerns about the potential fallout of the Afghan crisis particularly in shape of the new influx of refugees,” the NSA told the Senate Standing Committee on Defence and National Security on Wednesday.
