The Indian River County Sheriff s Office says 30-year old Jerard Marqui Ross of Vero Beach told deputies that voices were telling him not to stop, while also claiming he didn t pull over because he had a warrant out for his arrest. The man now faces charges of aggravated fleeing and eluding, as well as driving with a permanently suspended license and resisting arrest. A deputy started following Ross after he ran the first of 14 stop signs and he continued to violate traffic law, running 7 red lights. He was outside a restaurant in Vero Beach.

Jeanette Lopez was last seen on Saturday, December 19, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. walking out of her residence.
