India s External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar is on a two-nation tour to attend a crucial international meeting where the focus would be the situation in Afghanistan and aftermath of the US troop withdrawal.
With the Taliban gaining ground in many parts of the country, S Jaishankar is engaging countries on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Council of Foreign Ministers being held in Tajikistan s capital city of Dushanbe on July 13 and 14.
