Share Updated: 6:50 PM EDT Jul 28, 2021 WLWT Digital Staff WLWT Digital Staff Training at the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy has been temporarily suspended following a COVID-19 outbreak.The executive director of the academy called the outbreak significant. He said as of Wednesday morning, 10 students tested positive and nine other students are being retested after their results were inconclusive.Fifty students must isolate because they are either symptomatic or have had close contact with someone who has tested positive.The executive director said a majority of the 117 students are unvaccinated.A restart date for training for the 2021-224 class has not yet been announced.
