KOLKATA: Hinduja Group’s media vertical NXTDigital has elevated Vynsley Fernandes to the position of managing director and CEO and inducted him into the boards of the media groups’ subsidiary companies comprising OneOTT Intertainment, IN Entertainment and IndusInd Media & Communications – in line with his role of overseeing the media businesses of the group.
Fernandes is currently the media group CEO, with oversight of the media businesses of the Hinduja Group, comprising digital cable TV, Headend-In-The-Sky (HITS), broadband and content syndication.
