Fuel rates hiked for 13th time in May; petrol touches Rs 104.01 per litre in Rajasthan s Ganganagar
Petrol rates have already breached the Rs 100-mark in several parts of Rajasthan, Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh

Fuel prices continue to increase the common man s burden as petrol rates rise by 19 paise while diesel rates are up by 29 paise after the thirteenth hike in May.
One needs to shell out Rs 93.04 for a litre of petrol in Delhi whereas diesel sells at Rs 83.80 per litre in the national capital. Petrol sells for Rs 99.32 per litre whereas diesel went up to Rs 91.01 per litre in India s financial capital Mumbai.
Petrol and diesel prices in the country have remained steady
The country s oil prices have taken a small dip. The commoners seemed to be relieved by this. It is common knowledge that petrol and diesel prices have risen dramatically in recent months.
This has become a cause for worry to commuters. Everyone is concerned as the price of petrol and diesel, as well as cooking gas, continues to rise day by day.
The price of a litre of petrol has surpassed Rs 100 in some states.
For whatever cause, there has been no significant change in fuel prices in the last few days. Prices have remained consistent throughout the country. Prices in Telugu states alone have changed slightly. The following are the prices of petrol and diesel in the country s major cities.

Prices of petrol and diesel increased 14 times in February. Overall, petrol rates went up by Rs 4.22 per litre and Rs 4.34 a litre for diesel in Delhi
Fuel prices has remained unchanged across all metros for the two consecutive days. The last increase was seen on February 27 when oil marketing companies increased the fuel rates between 20-30 paise per litre.
Centre has refused to cut excise duty despite unprecedented rise in fuel prices in past two months. In February, petrol prices have gone up by Rs 4.29 per litre and diesel by Rs 4.31 per litre in Delhi alone
