Police appeal for information after robbery at petrol station in Dunfermline

Kingdom FM Police are asking for information after a robbery, which took place at a petrol station in Dunfermline in the early hours of this morning. At around 4:40am, two men entered the BP filling station, formerly known as Jet, in the town s Bothwell Street. A male member of staff was threatened with a weapon and money was demanded. Both men took a three-figure sum of cash and a quantity of tobacco. The member of staff, who is 25-years-old, wasn t injured, but was left extremely shaken. Both suspects are described as white, around 6 foot in height and of medium build.

DETECTIVES are appealing for information after a terrifying robbery at a filling station in Dunfermline early this morning (Monday).  Around 4.40am1, two men entered the BP petrol station in Bothwell Street and threatened the male member of staff with a weapon and demanded money. The two suspects then made off with a three-figure sum of cash and a quantity of tobacco. The 25 year-old member of staff was uninjured. Both suspects are described as white, around 6ft in height and of medium build. They were wearing dark-coloured tracksuit trousers and grey hooded tops with their hoods up. Both of them were also wearing face-coverings.
