Detectives are appealing for witnesses following the robbery of in Halewood last night, Monday, April 26. At around 8.45pm, a 16-year-old boy was riding his friend s scooter on the loop line, just off Abberley Road, when four males approached. One of the suspects demanded that the victim got off his scooter, and produced a kitchen knife. A second suspect was in possession of a flick knife. The victim was punched to the face and the scooter was taken. This scooter is pictured. Enquiries are ongoing, including CCTV, witness and forensics. The first suspect was described as slim, around 5ft 10in tall, wearing a black balaclava, black clothing and gloves. The second suspect was described as mixed race, 5ft 5in tall, wearing a mask and gloves. No descriptions have been provided for the third and fourth males.
