th General report on GRETA’s activities that was published in 2020, there is a trend of an increasing number of identified victims of trafficking in the past years
. More concretely, the increase of identified victims is by 44% between 2015 and 2018.
[1]Children remain the most vulnerable group subjected to trafficking, especially children from Roma communities. In North Macedonia, children make the majority of the identified victims, as stated in the reports of the National Anti-Trafficking Commission,
4 out of 6 identified victims in 2019 and 6 out of 7 identified victims in 2020, all girls.

Third training on principles for reporting on trafficking in human beings delivered to journalists in North Macedonia

Thirty - two journalists and students of journalism completed the third online training on how to report about human trafficking cases in a fact-based and victim-respectful manner. The training, was delivered in cooperation with the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) and the Association of Journalists for Human Rights.
