The Salvation Army offers EDS training
SIDNEY – The Salvation Army offers support and encouragement to the first responders of Shelby County through Emergency Disaster Services (EDS).
EDS is known for meeting the physical and emotional needs of first responders and survivors at fires, emergency home responses, missing person efforts, natural disasters, community events and much more.
The Salvation Army, while located in Sidney, provides services to all of Shelby County. The Salvation Army’s EDS team is ready to respond to any situation or event in Shelby County where their services are requested.
This team is comprised of volunteers who have a desire to serve and support the county’s first responders when called upon.
