BOISE, Idaho Several neighborhoods surround the new proposed site for the Interfaith Sanctuary homeless shelter.
However, many businesses are even closer to the planned site in the old Salvation Army Thrift Store on State Street.
While some business owners share neighbors concerns about safety, others welcome the move and see it as an opportunity for the community to come together.

Unfortunately, with the city’s E-Waste Pickup Program, originally proposed by Councilman Steven Matteo (R-Mid-Island), temporarily suspended due to the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, disposing of old electronics has become a bit more challenging for Staten Islanders.
In recent years, the program had allowed residents to schedule convenient pickup times for their aging electronics.

Team (CERT) was dispatched to assist the Middle Point Fire Department
with a house fire. CERT and Salvation Army are teaming up to raise
support for the family.
After meeting with the family, it is determined that the following donations are needed:

Adult male shirts (Lg), pants (30/30), shoes/boots (8-9m), coats (Lg)
