MEN S YOGA
What: 8 week beginners course to maintain strength and develop more flexibility, resilience and composure, developed by a male teacher specifically for men.

Free meals are available to the homeless and the hungry in Monroe County nearly every day of the week.
Because of the coronavirus pandemic, all of the dinners are served carryout style at the door. All meals are free and served at 6 p.m.
The meals are pre-packaged in paper bags, plastic foam containers or in plastic wraps.
God Works! Family soup kitchen
The following is the schedule of God Works! suppers.
Saturdays: Salvation Army Church, 815 E. First St.
Mondays: Solid Rock Church, 77 Wadsworth St.; St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, 1690 W. Sterns Road, Temperance.
Tuesdays: St. Paul United Methodist Church, 201 S. Monroe St.
The Community Development County of Quinte is currently accepting applications for the garden program this year.
The Belleville non-profit organization has been able to coordinate and help support the creation of 127 raised gardens in seven different locations in the city.
Participants not only have a free and dedicated space to grow produce, but these community gardens also support the supply of fresh produce that CDC Quinte supplies to local families in need.
Jim Mallabar, the Community Garden Coordinator, notes this week that the garden program “impacted more than 1,000 people.”
