General (retired) Asad Durrani from the country s Exit Control List (ECL). The court issued its verdict, stating that Durrani enjoys the same rights as any other citizen of the country, adding that Durrani s name is not part of any ongoing inquiry. The former ISI chief landed in hot water after he co-authored a book titled The Spy Chronicles: RAW, ISI and the illusion of Peace with Indian former Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) chief Amarjit Singh Dulat in 2018.
