Bills owners Kim and Terry Pegula joined state officials Wednesday to announce the plan. They summed it up for fans. We know that fans have been waiting 25 years to be able to attend a home playoff game. We thank the Governor and his entire team, and BioReference for working diligently with the Bills organization. Mychajliw said video images taken over the weekend at a local ice rink show Poloncarz was playing hockey in violation of state COVID rules. Poloncarz: I skated on the ice BEFORE others skated. Stated all he did was shoot by myself and then left. False. If he can play, so too should kids/youth leagues.
The county executive said Monday there are problems with the video, including that it was shot in November. Poloncarz said it is part of a vicious campaign against him and aides.

According to WGRZ, Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz says, if the State and the Bills are going to proceed with having fans in the stands, he will need to know fairly quickly, hopefully by Wednesday at the latest.

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) â The Erie County Executive s Office announced Monday three local organizations would receive year-end COVID-19 relief.
FeedMore WNY, Buffalo Zoo and SUNY Erie will receive a total of $1.8 million in year-end COVID-19 Relief Funding (CRF) prior to the December 30 deadline for the use of the funds.
Officials say Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz directed the county Division of Budget and Management to reach out to local organizations to determine if the remaining CRF could be used to assist them.
FeedMore WNY will receive $677,563.73 in CRF, officials say it has seen a massive increase in demand for food assistance. Funding will be used to reimburse FeedMore for emergency food distribution, additional staff, hazard pay, PPE and infection control costs.
