Martin, 33, of Greenville, was sentenced to 12 months incarceration with the ODRC, with 87 days credited, for a previous conviction for assaulting a peace officer, a fourth-degree felony. Upon his release, Martin faces an optional three-year period of post-release control. Lucas J. Hammaker, 27, of Greenville, pleaded guilty to one count of assault, a first-degree misdemeanor. This charge was amended from domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor, as part of a plea agreement. He faces a maximum prison sentence of 6 months, and a maximum fine of $1,000, neither of which are mandatory. Hammaker was represented in court by David Rohrer and is currently out on an OR bond.

Merideth, 41, of Greenville, appeared in court to be arraigned on one count of aggravated burglary, a first-degree felony, and one count of felonious assault, a second-degree felony. If convicted, he faces a maximum prison sentence of 19 to 24 and a half years, and a maximum fine of $35,000. Merideth retained his previous lawyer and pleaded not guilty to the charges. His bond was set at $25,000 cash, surety, or property, and his next appearance is scheduled for Jan. 13.

Eric Holder, 37, of Union City, was sentenced to 9 months incarceration with the ODRC, with 10 days jail time credited. This sentence relates to a charge that Holder previously pleaded guilty to which cites attempted felonious assault, a third-degree felony. Holder, along with another man, was arrested July 17, 2020, following an incident in which the two men assaulted a third man at a South Stateline Road residence. The victim suffered a broken arm during the assault. Holder also has a mandatory three year post release control period when he gets out of prison.

Steven Grill, 43, of Greenville, was arraigned on one county of assaulting a peace officer, a fourth-degree felony. If convicted, Grill faces a maximum prison sentence of 18 months and a maximum fine of $5,000. Grill was appointed public defender Matthew Pierron, and his bond was set at $50,000 cash, surety, or property. Grill’s bond is a blanket bond in conjunction with a separate two count indictment against Grill that cites illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a detention facility, one a third-degree felony, and one a fourth-degree felony. Grill’s next appearance is scheduled for Jan. 28.

Caleb Warrender, 22, of Niles, was sentenced to 30 days in jail with three days credit on two county of forgery, both fifth-degree felonies. In addition to jail time, Warrender was ordered to pay the restitution amount of $5,160.50, with monthly payments over a 60-month period. He faces more restrictive sanctions and up to 10 months of additional jail time should he violate community control sanctions during his probationary period. Kyllian McNutt, 28, of Greenville, was sentenced to nine months imprisonment in the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections, with one day local jail time credit, after being convicted on one count of attempted failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, a fourth-degree felony.
