Man Charged With Sex Offenses Against Minor, Victim Told Police She Was Threatened If She Reported Him

20-year-old Cashon Tyron Tucker of Cleveland, North Carolina, was arrested by Iredell County Sheriff’s Officers. He’s charged with five counts of felony statutory rape of a child 15-years-old or younger by an adult along with single counts of felony statutory sex offense and misdemeanor larceny.
On February 13 the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office received a call regarding the statutory rape of a minor. During the course of the investigation the victim was interviewed at the Dove House Children’s Advocacy Center. During the interview, the victim identified Cashon Tyron Tucker as the suspect in this case. She also stated Tucker threatened to harm the victim if she told anyone. Tucker also

New York Man Jailed In Iredell County On MDMA Trafficking Charges

30-year-old Dartaine Marquez Ubiles of Buffalo, New York, was arrested last Thursday (February 11) by Iredell County Sheriff’s Officers. He’s charged with felony counts of trafficking in MDMA by possession and transportation, posession with intent to sell or deliver MDMA and maintain a vehicle for the use or sale of a controlled substance. In addition, Ubiles is charged with misdemeanor counts of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
