Responsibilities:
- Tag the samples properly with correct labels/price tickets and prepare paperwork
- Follow sample submission procedures which vary from customer to customer
- Track samples with cross-functional teams and overseas factories to ensure critical dates are met
- WIP management using ERP and Excel
- Maintain strong cross-functional relationships with retail customers and in-house sales
- Drop off or to pick up samples
- Other duties may be assigned
Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors’ degree in Apparel Production or closely related field desired. 1 year of apparel industry experience a plus.
