New Delhi: Terming it as rarest of the rare case, a court in Madhya Pradesh has sentenced a 21-year-old man and his 42-year-old uncle to death for raping and beheading a 12-year-old girl.
Pronouncing the judgment, a court in the Sagar district said that the case warrants nothing less than capital punishment.
