The 34-year-old sang the national anthem as Joe Biden was sworn in as the 46th president of the United States in a star-studded ceremony in Washington D.C., and Gaga turned heads when she arrived at the U.S. Capitol to belt out The Star-Spangled Banner. Gaga s ensemble was designed by Daniel Roseberry and featured a structured navy cashmere jacket with a huge gold brooch of a dove holding an olive branch, and a red silk faille ballgown skirt.
