Opposing Democratic and Republican Party Agendas
The United States has long functioned largely as a two-party nation with smaller and less influential secondary parties.
While the Democratic and Republican parties have existed as the two major parties for much of U.S. history – with changing perspectives and political philosophies over time – other parties or blocs have organized under the banner of the Whigs, Federalists, Free Soil, American or Know Nothings, Unionists, Libertarians, Green, Socialist Workers, People’s Party, Progressive or Bull Moose, and Youth International.

Tips for improving your FM reception of IPR
For better reception of Interlochen Public Radio, make sure you have an antenna correctly connected to your radio. Most radios can connect to an external antenna through two screw-type connectors on the back of the unit.
Adding an inexpensive FM dipole (wire) antenna might help your reception of Interlochen Public Radio. Attach the two antenna wires to the screws on your radio, and orient the wires for the best reception. Usually the wires should be perpendicular to a line between your radio and the transmitter location you want to receive.
