The Flying Fijians are going to be based in New Zealand to prepare for their two Test matches against the All Blacks in July. This was confirmed by Fiji Rugby.

AUCKLAND, 26 MAY 2021 (PLANET RUGBY) – All Blacks legend Sir John Kirwan believes that Tonga and Fiji won’t be prepared to face the quality of New Zealand in the upcoming mid-year series.
Ian Foster’s men will take on Tonga in their opening game of the July Tests before a double-header against Fiji.
Although there is plenty of individual quality within those sides, they have only played one match in total since the 2019 Rugby World Cup.

The Fijian Drua head coach for the 2022 Super Rugby competition is most likely to come from overseas.
This was based on the requirements set by the Fiji Rugby Union.
