Congressman Darin LaHood is among more than 100 U.S. House Republicans signing on to a brief in support of a lawsuit by the Texas attorney general that seeks to overturn the results of last month’s presidential election.
The suit by Texas AG Ken Paxton argues that the elections in four key battleground states that went to President-elect Joe Biden were plagued by irregularities that render them invalid… and asks the U.S. Supreme Court to invalidate those votes and have each state’s legislature or the U.S. House make the determination as to which electors should be seated Biden’s or President Trump’s.
