An incremental, systematic approach has been underway in the educational system for many years and its fruit is abounding. 20 years ago, many were shocked when VCY America learned that the Milwaukee, WI, public schools had a gay and lesbian advisory committee that met monthly.
VCY America obtained an extensive manual filled with information on how to incorporate the gay-lesbian and bisexual agenda into the schools. At that time they were speaking of homophobia and heterosexual privilege. There was information on how to reduce homophobic bigotry by having role models such as openly homosexual teachers, coaches and administrators. They also spoke of bringing in homosexual guest speakers and establishing gay-straight alliances to reassess the curriculum to incorporate gay and lesbian issues throughout, and not just in classes like health education, but in traditional disciplines as well. One example is the use of same-sex couples in math story problems.

“They are working against Martin Luther King Jr’s famous idea that people should be judged by the content of their character, not the color of their skin,” said Laurie Higgins, a cultural issues writer with the Illinois Family Institute (IFI), a Christian organization that is affiliated with the American Family Association. “We re completely moving away from that and trending towards judging people based on just a few things, whether they embrace sexual deviance and what their skin color is.”

A cultural analyst is re-emphasizing a call that Christian parents should remove their children from public schools, arguing that leftists within the education system are indoctrinating children with a corrupt ideology.
It s been more than three decades since Christian author and psychologist Dr. James Dobson issued a warning to parents to pull their children from America s public schools and opt to either homeschool or enroll those children in Christian schools. Dobson, the founder of two pro-family ministries – Focus on the Family and Family Talk – reiterated that call four years ago, maintaining that youngsters in public education were being propagandized and given a philosophy that, in many cases, is contrary to Scripture and what we believe.

A cultural issues writer says most parents don t realize that they are paying to fund racial division in their kids schools.
The Naperville, Illinois School District 203 recently paid Dena Nicole Simmons $10,500, or $175 a minute, to have her tell its white faculty members that if they were not anti-racist, then they were racist. The Federalist points out that in one hour, the anti-racism consultant earned the equivalent of about two months salary for some teachers in the school district.
