FLORENCE Project engineers for the replacement of a bridge crossing the Illinois River at Florence are making some minor revisions to their plans before submitting a proposal to the Federal Highway Administration.
Project engineer Jay Wavering said they are working to finish Phase 1 of the project, which included a public hearing on several proposals for the replacement or renovation of the bridge.
