Despite the ongoing global pandemic, Martin County total home sales increased year-over-year in 2020, according to the MIAMI Association of Realtors (MIAMI) and the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) system.

The Martin County real estate market persevered through a global pandemic to post more annual sales in 2020 compared to 2019 MIAMI (PRWEB) February 11, 2021 Despite the ongoing global pandemic, Martin County total home sales increased year-over-year in 2020, according to the MIAMI Association of Realtors (MIAMI) and the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) system.
Martin County registered 3,857 total home sales in 2020, a 10.5% year-over-year increase from 2019.

The YPN was formed last summer as an initiative to bring together innovative and dedicated young professionals from across the country who are 39 years old and younger and employed full time by a company in the U.S. ethanol industry. Twenty-six youth, who enrolled into the GAIA Youth Series Model, began their six-month mentoring programme following its launch at Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Complex in the capital yesterday.
The programme has three phases and the first being Camp Wira Challenge pushing the youth’s mental, physical and emotional limits. The second phase involved a Youth Leadership Summit equipping them with skills and tools. The third phase is the mentorship programme to equip the youth with skills to build resilience and self-determination.
The first two phases were conducted in partnership with Projek Bina Ukhwah and the Society for Community Outreach and Training (SCOT).
