The initial round of discussions between the striking PSC rank holders’ associations and the government ended on an optimistic note on Saturday.
On the 26th day of the strike, the association leaders said they would continue the agitation peacefully until the discussions with the government yielded tangible results.

SWABI: The Indus Water Cross Jeep Rally 2021 was organised on Friday at the Indus River at Hund point in Swabi district to express solidarity with the Kashmiri brethren and highlight the Indian atrocities in the Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority (KP-CTA) under the aegis of Sports, Tourism, Archaeology, Culture, Museums and Youth Affairs Department and the Frontier 4x4 Club had jointly organised the event.
Secretary Tourism Department Muhammad Abid Majeed was the chief guest on the occasion. Officials of the Tourism Department, Swabi district administration, Rescue 1122, jeep racers and a large number of spectators were also present.

MINGORA: Pakistan and Afghanistan’s players clinched top three positions in the men’s giant slalom and parallel giant slalom competitions as Pakistan International Snowboarding Championship and Festival concluded at the Malam Jabba ski resort in the scenic Swat valley on Sunday.
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority (KP-CTA) under the auspices of Tourism, Sports, Archaeology, Culture, Museums and Youth Affairs Department and the Samson Group of Companies had jointly organised the event.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Senator Faisal Javed was the chief guest at the concluding ceremony, who gave away prizes and trophies to the winners. Officials of the Tourism Department and the Samson Group of Companies were present on the occasion as well.

MINGORA: The men and women’s giant slalom and parallel giant slalom competitions attracted tourists on the second day of the Pakistan International Snowboarding Championship and Festival at the Malam Jabba ski resort in the scenic Swat valley on Saturday.
Commissioner Malakand division Zaheerul Islam was the chief guest, who inaugurated the men and women’s giant slalom and parallel giant slalom competitions on the occasion.Over 44 national and international players, including four women players and enthusiasts of snowboarding games from European countries, Belgium, France Afghanistan and Pakistan participated in the event.
The men and women’s giant slalom and parallel giant slalom thrilling competitions mesmerised the tourists and visitors when the players exhibited their skills on the white snow at the Malam Jabba ski resort.

PESHAWAR: The Pakistan International Snowboarding Championship is going to kick off at the scenic Malam Jabba tourist spot in Swat valley today.
The Khyber Pakhtun- khwa Culture and Tourism Authority (KP-CTA) under the auspices of the Tourism, Sports, Archaeology, Culture, Museums and Youth Affairs Department and the Samson Group of Companies are jointly organising the spectacular event. Enthusiasts of snowboarding games from across the country are participating in the event.
Besides snowboarding games, traditional foods and music festivals are also part of the six-day gala to entertain the tourists and visitors.
