Islamabad Person with Disabilities (PWDs) has started reaping benefits of the Prime Minister’s Kamyab Jawan Programme as a physically impaired Haider Ali has opened his own dairy business after getting a soft loan amounting to rupees one million under its Youth Entrepreneurship Scheme (YES).
Haider Ali, who was from Hujra Shah Muqam, Punjab, said he bought two buffalos and cows after obtaining the loan under the scheme, claiming to earn around Rs50,000 every month by selling milk.

ISLAMABAD: The government has so far disbursed around one billion rupees among the female entrepreneurs, qualified under the Youth Entrepreneurship Scheme (YES) of Kamyab Jawan Programme (KJP).
Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (SAPM) on Youth Affairs Muhammad Usman Dar confirmed that the amount, out of the total disbursement amounting to Rs8 billion under YES, was distributed among over 1,000 qualified women entrepreneurs.
He said the YES was launched in October 2019 under the banner of the Kamyab Jawan Programme to provide the youth soft loans for the initiation of their own businesses. An amount of Rs 25 billion was allocated to the women exclusively under the programme, he added.

ISLAMABAD (APP):Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Youth Affairs Muhammad Usman Dar on Thursday announced that within next two weeks a “Kamyab Jawan digital app” would be launched to assist the youth living in far-flung areas of the country.
Talking to a private news channel, he said that this digital app would provide information on self-employment and the job at one click.
Through this (Kamyab Jawan) app, youths would be able to get various business opportunities in different departments and sectors, including their complaints regarding loan applications, he said.

Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (SAPM) on Youth Affairs Muhammad Usman Dar has said that the youth bulge was being transformed into employment creators through successful execution of the Kamyab Jawan Programme (KJP) which was set to become the ‘biggest’ engine for job creation in the country.
“As of today, at least 10,000 young people have succeeded to open their own businesses after obtaining soft loans under the Kamyab Jawan Programme. A total of about 70,000 jobs have been created so far through disbursement of Rs 8 billion under its Youth Entrepreneurship Scheme (YES),” the SAPM told the media here.
