(Bloomberg) Fenerbahce announced it has agreed with Arsenal FC to sign Mesut Ozil, confirming speculation of the German soccer World Cup winner’s move to Istanbul from London.The Istanbul-based soccer club said it also has reached agreement with the player “in principle” for his transfer, according to a filing to the Istanbul stock exchange on Sunday.The 32-year-old attacking midfielder hasn’t been selected since March to play for Arsenal, where the German earned a reported 350,000 pounds ($479,000) a week. Ozil joined Arsenal from Real Madrid in 2013 for a then club record fee reported to be 42.5 million pounds. He scored 44 goals in 254 appearances, according to the club’s website, and his contract was due to end after the current season. ANKARA (Turkey), December 24 (SeeNews) - Turkish conglomerate Haci Omer Sabanci Holding [IST:SAHOL] said it has sold 124,000 shares in CarrefourSA Carrefour Sabanci Ticaret Merkezi A.S. [IST:CRFSA], thus lowering its stake in the local retailer to 58.90% from 59.00%.
The CarrefourSA shares were sold within a price range of 82.00 lira ($10.7/8.8 euro) to 86.50 lira per share on the Istanbul Stock Exchange on December 23, Sabanci said in a bourse filing on Wednesday.
Earlier this month, Sabanci said it will sell shares in CarrefourSA with a nominal value of 2.5 million lira in order to increase the retailer s free float rate to 5% and thus meet a regulatory requirement.

ANKARA (Turkey), December 22 (SeeNews) - Turkish conglomerate Haci Omer Sabanci Holding [IST:SAHOL] said it has sold 24,400 shares in CarrefourSA Carrefour Sabanci Ticaret Merkezi A.S. [IST:CRFSA], thus lowering its stake in the local retailer to 59.02% from 59.04%.
The CarrefourSA shares were sold within a price range of between 82.00 lira ($10.7/8.8 euro) and 84.75 lira per share on the Istanbul Stock Exchange on December 21, Sabanci said in a bourse filing on Monday.
Earlier in December, Sabanci said it will sell shares in CarrefourSA with a nominal value of 2.5 million lira in order to increase the retailer s free float rate to 5% and thus meet a regulatory requirement.

ANKARA (Turkey), December 18 (SeeNews) - Turkish conglomerate Haci Omer Sabanci Holding [IST:SAHOL] said it has sold 13,750 shares in CarrefourSA Carrefour Sabanci Ticaret Merkezi A.S. [IST:CRFSA], thus lowering its stake in the local retailer to 59.07% from 59.08%.
The CarrefourSA shares were sold within a price range of between 97.00 lira ($12.6/10.2 euro) and 99.30 lira per share on the Istanbul Stock Exchange on December 17, Sabanci said in a bourse filing on Thursday.
Earlier in December, Sabanci said it will sell shares in CarrefourSA with a nominal value of 2.5 million lira in order to increase the retailer s free float rate to 5% and thus meet a regulatory requirement.
