ANZAC tourism in Israel has always been massive. My wife Delma and I have led two Israel (Holy Land) tours with InnerFaith Travel.
Each year I write an article on tourism to the Holy Land and this year is of particular interest with ANZAC Israel on the agenda. By leading Holy Land tours to Israel therefore I feel I have a close association with this type of tourism.
There are innumerable ANZAC sites in Israel and many of these are associated with the Light Horse. The securing Jerusalem in 1917 into Allied hands is another.
