RESIDENTS at a retirement community just outside Chester have gone all out this year, enjoying an array of socially-distanced festive activities to remember. The residents at Gifford Lea in Tattenhall are able to enjoy everything from a mulled wine Christmas village tour to a carol singing performance. The village team at Gifford Lea, operated by award-winning later living provider Inspired Villages, has demonstrated that Christmas doesn’t have to be cancelled, working with residents to create a timetable of festive celebrations to remember. Throughout December, residents will enjoy an array of Christmas activities, including a carol singing performance, plus competitions for the best decorated balcony, terrace and tree, as well as the best Christmas meal.
