With seven days left in President Donald Trump’s term, the Democrat-controlled House of Representatives voted for a second time to impeach him this time gaining some Republican support.
The vote was 232-197, with 10 House Republicans joining all House Democrats.

President Donald Trump has been impeached for a historic second time after the House of Representatives secured enough votes to charge him.
A total of 10 Republicans voted against their party and Mr Trump, with the final result standing at 232 votes to impeach and 197 against.
He is the first US president to be impeached twice - previously charged over his calls with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
This time, Mr Trump is accused of inciting an insurrection following the deadly riots at the US Capitol on 6 January.
Speaking with the BBC, Mr Comey said President Trump may "belong in prison" but President-elect Biden should consider if pursuing legal action against his predecessor is prudent for America in the long run

President Trump fell foul of both Democrats and Republicans in the House of Representatives last week following deadly riots at the US Capitol building. A group of Trump supporters forced their way into the building on January 6, as lawmakers sought to confirm votes passed for Joe Biden in last year s elections. The scenes followed months of false insistence from the President and his close allies that the results were fraudulent, and resulted in a second vote to impeach yesterday.
