A luxury wedding firm has been fined almost £9,000 after it carried out extensive renovations to the historic Bourton Hall without listed building consent.
Country House Weddings Limited bought the 18th century, Grade II listed building in Bourton-on-Dunsmore in 2019 with a view to converting the hall into a luxury wedding venue, complete with a chapel, banqueting hall and 21 en-suite bedrooms.
