Illegal dumper confesses to hauling trash, duping Eagle Mountain residents
The Utah County Sheriff s Office has quite a strange case of illegal dumping on their hands, saying trash from several Eagle Mountain residents is ending up on private property instead of at the dump.

EAGLE MOUNTAIN, Utah â A 25-year-old man has been charged after confessing to the Utah County Sheriff s Office that he took trash from several Eagle Mountain residents and left it on private property instead of at the dump.
Justin Persinger was charged with illegal dumping and theft by deception. Both charges are misdemeanors.
