IRELAND’S restaurant owners are pushing ahead with a legal challenge in a bid to force the Government to allow them to serve indoors at the same time as hotels.
Hotels are set to reopen for normal business from June 2 with pubs and restaurants due to reopen on June 7 but for outdoor service only.

Restaurants and pubs must wait until July 5 before they can serve customers indoors.
The Restaurants Association of Ireland claims that only 25 per cent of eateries will reopen for outdoor service with 75 per cent of businesses remaining shut until indoor service is allowed in July.
