St. Cloud Man Named a Bush Fellow
ST. CLOUD A St. Cloud man is one of 24 people who have been named a Bush Fellow by the Bush Foundation.
Kahin Adam is on a mission to decrease barriers to culturally relevant health care and mental health services for immigrants and refugees. He learned first-hand as a refugee from Somalia how difficult it can be to navigate health systems and how lack of access to health care leads to chronic disease and mental illness.
Adam serves as an educator, community organizer, and the only psychotherapist in St. Cloud specializing in the treatment of patients who have experienced trauma.

Chipotle Raising Starting Pay, Creates Path to Six Figure Salary
The wage increases for new and existing hourly and salaried restaurant employees will be rolled out over the next few weeks and will result in hourly crew member starting wages ranging from $11-$18 per hour.
Chipotle s crew members can also advance to a Restaurateur, the highest General Manager position, in three and a half years, with average compensation of $100,000.
Chipotle has also introduced a $200 employee referral bonus for crew members and a $750 referral bonus for Apprentices or General Managers.
Chipotle is looking to hire 20,000 new team members across the U.S.
St. Cloud Costco Changes to Food Court & Products Returning

When the pandemic began, there were all sorts of things that went into place that we would like to have back. Product limits after hoarding began, and also the abillity to eat in a food court- or at a grocery store that also has a public eating area. Those have been closed, for the most part, for about a year.

This past weekend Costco announced that this will be soon ending at their stores. This included the St. Cloud store. And, on top of that, it looks like they will be adding back some discontinued items that were fairly popular.
Minnesota Marijuana Bill Heads to House Floor Vote
MINNEAPOLIS (AP) Legislation that would legalize cannabis use for adults and expunge most minor marijuana convictions is expected to head to a full floor vote in the Minnesota House next week after a dozen hearings.
The floor vote would be the first time that a legalization bill has made it that far in the Legislature.
It s likely to pass the Democratic-controlled House but its chances remain slim in the Republican-controlled Senate.
GOP Senate Majority Leader Paul Gazelka says he doesn t see cannabis legalization as a priority.
Legalization activists are pinning their hopes on the 2022 election.
