DEHRANDUN: Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat, who had tested positive for COVID-19 recently, and was admitted to the Government Doon Medical College in Dehradun after developing a fever, will be shifted to Delhi s All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), college principal Dr Ashutosh Rana said on Monday (December 28).
As he had developed mild fever, he was taken for a check-up on Sunday evening to the GDMC where doctors decided to admit him, an official at the Chief Minister s Office said. According to his physician Dr NS Bisht, an infection has been detected in his chest.

New Delhi, Dec 28 : Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat, who tested positive for Covid-19 on December 18, was on Monday admitted to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Delhi following a chest infection he developed during his home isolation in Dehradun, sources informed IANS.
Rawat has been kept in the AIIMS trauma centre and a team of doctors led by the hospital director is checking on his health.
Sources told IANS that he has developed Pneumonia and was admitted to Delhi after his condition worsened.

Dehradun: Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat, who had tested positive for Covid-19 and was hospitalised here after developing fever on Sunday, is being taken to AIIMS, Delhi for tests, his physician said.
The chief minister s health parameters are normal. His fever has also gone down since Sunday night. There is slight infection in his lungs, his physician N S Bisht said on Monday. The chief minister is being taken to AIIMS, Delhi for necessary tests on the advice of doctors there, he said.

After being tested positive for COVID-19, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat on December 18 was admitted to Doon hospital in Dehradun. He had a mild fever on Sunday evening and is being shifted to All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Delhi.
According to his physician Dr. NS Bisht, he has been detected infection in his chest and there is no other complication.
The Uttarakhand CM had been in home isolation after he had tested positive for Coronavirus on December 18. From September he had been isolating himself after one of his Officer on Special Duty (OSD) had tested positive for Covid-19.

As per his physician Dr NS Bisht, the infection has been detected in the chest. After consultation with and on the advice of doctors at Delhi s AIIMS, the Chief Minister is being taken to the national capital for further examination and testing.
Rawat had tested positive for the novel coronavirus on December 18 following which he went into home isolation.
