The nameplate was so successful that it continues to be available (in its modern form, of course) to this day. But as with all else in life, it is the original that deserves all the respect, so back in 2015, when the moniker celebrated its 50th anniversary, the Blue Oval let loose a special version of that year’s Mustang.
The funds will be used to build the region’s first purpose-built Tier-Ready III/IV secure cloud edge data centre which will be able to meet defence-grade security requirements.
“Demand for data centre capacity and secure cloud edge services are rapidly increasing across Australia. Our customers are seeking certainty, flexibility and sustainability; all critical for them to scale and rapidly respond to market demand - this facility has all three,” said Malcolm Roe, DCI CEO for Australia and New Zealand.
He added that the centre will be the first of its kind in South Australia and will provide mission-critical support to some of the state’s priority growth sectors including the local defence, space and hi-tech industries.

World Sailing’s Council has approved the Men’s and Women’s Kiteboarding (Formula Kite) and Men’s and Women’s Two Person Dinghy (470) as the first and second alternative event proposals to Mixed Offshore at Paris 2024 following their meeting at the 2021 Mid-Year Meeting.
Held yesterday [Friday 14 May] from 0900 - 1500 UTC, the meeting of World Sailing’s Council concluded the Mid-Year Meeting, which also saw the Constitution Committee, Equipment Committee and Events Committee meet earlier on in the week.
