KSL TV SALT LAKE CITY Salt Lake City Mayor Erin Mendenhall signed an executive order on Wednesday requiring the public and city employees vaccinated or not to wear masks in city-owned buildings and facilities. The executive order comes after the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention updated its guidance and recommended that vaccinated individuals should resume wearing a mask when indoors in substantial or high transmission areas.
