Cairo, Jan. 17 (Xinhua) The bilateral trade activities between China and Egypt have not been hampered by the raging COVID-19 pandemic worldwide.
In the China-Egypt TEDA Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone, no large-scale infection has occurred so far as the companies there have conducted strict measures to prevent the infection.
According to Zhang Xiaoyu, Vice Manager of XDEGEMAC High Voltage Electrical Equipment Co. Ltd, all the staff have been required to use hand sanitizer, take frequent temperature test, and wear masks. We also ask the department heads to report the health situation of the employees as well as if their close contacts, relatives, friends, and neighbors are infected within seven days or two weeks , said Zhang.
