With Uralungal Labour Contract Co-operative Society (ULCCS) completing the rebuilding and strengthening work of the Palarivattom flyover, the structure will be handed over to Roads and Bridges Development Corporation of Kerala (RBDCK) on Friday or Saturday, E.
