New Delhi: The Union Health Ministry on Tuesday said that the country’s trajectory of the coronavirus pandemic is looking promising as the past 7 days has seen only 56 new cases per million population.
“56 new cases per million population reported in the last 7 days in India,” Union Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan said in New Delhi today.

Union health secretary Rajesh Bhushan on Tuesday said that the Centre has entered into a procurement agreement with the Serum Insititute of India for 110 lakh doses of Covishield and 55 lakh doses of Covaxin will be procured from Bharat Biotech and that all of the doses will be received by 14 January.
