Lapu-Lapu City’s Vaccination Program
Lapu-Lapu City vaccination program will have four phases:
• Phase 1: Frontliners and healthcare workers will be the city s top priority for the vaccine.
• Phase 2: Drivers of public transportation and market vendors will be able to acquire the vaccine.
• Phase 3: Persons with Disabilities and indigents will be given the vaccine.
• Phase 4: Members of the Philippine National Police, Bureau of Fire Protection, and Bureau of Jail Management and Penology will be given the vaccine.
The vaccine will be administered to individuals aged 18 to 59.
Mayor’s request
Chan asked his constituents to continue following health protocols even if the vaccine is already available. He also urged everyone to be vaccinated for added protection against the virus.

DAVAO CITY – Members of the Philippine National Police (PNP)-Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) have joined a two-day learning session on the settling of “rido” or family feuds.

In a statement on Friday, January 29, the BARMM Ministry of Public Order and Safety (MPOS) said it conducted a learning session for the PNP-BARMM personnel in Cotabato City on January 27 and 28 “to further strengthen the security sector’s understanding on the complexity of settling ‘rido’ or clan feuds in the Bangsamoro region”.
Members of the Philippine National Police (PNP) must undergo annual psychiatric, psychological, drug, and physical tests, as well as undergo stress debriefing programs for those whose operational work necessarily expose them to traumatic situations.
