Members of the Estevan Police Service (EPS) arrested a 40-year-old Regina man on Jan. 8 on a drug-related infraction. The man was arrested following a traffic stop. He was charged with possession. . .
At this time, the man is facing nine charges of mischief under $5,000 and one charge of breaching conditions of a probation order. These charges stem from mischiefs that have occurred over the last four days. Police are still investigating all the incidents since late September as it is believed the majority of them are connected. Further charges are being considered. Police want to thank the public for their assistance in providing information, which assisted in leading to the arrest. The male was released later in the night with conditions. He will appear in Estevan Provincial Court on March 8. Members also attended to a complaint Tuesday of a theft from a residence by a young person. The 16-year-old Estevan male was located a short distance away and arrested. The male is facing charges of theft under $5,000, failing to comply with a youth sentence order and failing to comply with his release order.
