Members of the Winnipeg Police Service arrested an officer earlier this week for operating a vehicle while impaired, after responding to a 911 call that reported a man in medical distress inside a running vehicle.

Members of the Winnipeg Police Service arrested an officer earlier this week for operating a vehicle while impaired.
Around 11:15 a.m. Tuesday, patrol officers responded to a 911 call that reported a man possibly in medical distress inside a running vehicle.
